Bridgend Ravens welcome Redingensians Rams to the Morganstone Brewery Field on Saturday afternoon as part of a double header at the famous ground.
The Ravens will face off against the Rams in the first game, kicking off 2pm before Bridgend Athletic face the Titans at 5pm.
For Bridgend, the game is the second of the pre-season campaign as the club prepares for the most important Principality Premiership season in recent history with the threat of relegation returning.
The first hit out was a 7-26 victory at Glamorgan Wanderers where Silva gave the opportunity to a number of youngsters to force their way into his thoughts with the new season looming.
Bridgend will again take the opportunity to look at the wider squad. Tyler Williams again starts at full back, joined by Will Holley and Aaron Grabham in the back three. Stuart Floyd Ellis is partnered with Jamie Murphy in midfield, with Ryan Evans and Connor Tantum the half backs.
It’s a home debut for Aled Evans at number 8, in a back row with Adam O’Driscoll and Matthew John. Chris John returns from regional duty to partner Jack Pope in the second row. Ollie Evans, Gareth Harvey and Cai Lewis comprise the front row.
