Little looking to make big impact at Bridgend

By Rhyd Cole | 28/06/2018

Bridgend Ravens are delighted to have captured the signing of forward James Little.

Most recently found plying his trade for our Premiership rivals Newport, 22 year old Little, who can play second or back row, bolsters Matt Silva's forward options ahead of the new campaign. He made nine appearances for the Black and Ambers last season, scoring one try.

Despite his tender years, Little has plenty of experience. His club career has seen him feature for Llantrisant, Cardiff Metropolitan and Newport, with representative honours following for the Welsh Academical side and Welsh Students. James was also a regional academy pathway player at Cardiff Blues; selected for their u16, u17 and u18 sides, educated at top rugby academy Coleg y Cymoedd. With an impressive skill set, Little was also selected for the Welsh Rugby League side at u16 level before pursuing a career in the fifteen man sport.

After putting pen to paper, James commented, 'I’m really pleased to have signed for Bridgend. I’m really looking forward to meeting up with the squad next Tuesday and I'm excited to see where we can go as a team and where I can go as an individual.'
