Ashton Evans joined Bridgend from Tondu ahead of the 2014/15 season.

He has also represented Ospreys at age grade level, as well as Loughborough and Cardiff Universities. Ashton was part of the Cardiff University side which won the Welsh Varsity in 2015 at the Liberty Stadium against Swansea.

Ashton picked up fifteen appearances in his debut season with Bridgend including a substitutes appearance in the SWALEC Cup final victory over Pontypridd at the Millennium Stadium in May 2015.
