09 Jun 2020-21 Club Memberships now on sale!
Bridgend Ravens are excited to announce that Club Membership packages for the 2020/21 campaign are now on sale.
After the season 2019/20 was curtailed prematurely following the outbreak of Covid 19, all focus is on the upcoming 2020/21 season and returning to action when it’s safe to do so. As a result of the season being ended in March, Bridgend Ravens will again participate in Wales’ semi professional top flight, the Indigo Premiership.
Despite lockdown restrictions being in place across Wales since March, it’s been a busy time for Bridgend Ravens with preparations for the new season being ramped up substantially on and off the field. On the field, Head Coach Steve Jones has been adding to, and refining his squad ready to do battle when we’re able to do so. Off the field, the takeover was completed formally earlier in the summer to put the control of Bridgend Ravens back into the hands of its members, and moves have been made to amend and confirm the club’s constitution.
With things moving in a positive direction on and off the field, the club are excited for more members to join the substantial number that joined last season and the club membership options loosely follow those that sold so successfully last season. As with last season, being a club member will entitle you to full voting rights under the new management structure. You’ll also enjoy concessionary priced tickets for all other games at the ground (aside from cup matches) amongst other benefits.
Club Chairman, Norman Spain commented ‘We are pleased to announce the release of Membership packages for the new season. We were exceptionally delighted with how well the packages sold last season and we are looking forward to many more members joining us on our journey to returning Bridgend Ravens to a prominent position in the semi professional game in Wales. The packages start from as little as £60 which provides a significant discount on purchasing individual tickets to our home games.’
Continuing from last season, Patron and Vice President Membership packages, both extremely popular in the previous campaign are available to purchase once again this season.
We’ve listened to some of your feedback and we have merged the Stand & Field Membership Package, which will entitle members to sit in the stand or take their place on the terrace with a club membership. Regular matchday tickets will still vary between stand and field, but as a Stand and Field Member, you’re entitled to either option at home games.
We’re also really excited to launch our Exile Membership package for those of you living away from Bridgend. As an Exile Member, you’ll be entitled to full voting rights, regular club updates to your inbox from the Bridgend Ravens Members Ezine and all fringe benefits that regular members receive. This membership doesn’t allow you free entry to Bridgend Ravens home games, but allows you to support the club if you’re unable to be a regular club member. The only criteria is that you live further than 50 miles away from the Morganstone Brewery Field.
The Early Bird packages, on sale until 1st August, allow substantial savings for existing members and for those looking to join the club as a member.
