12 Jul Ravens pre-season continues
As pre-season continues for Bridgend Ravens, Saturday morning saw the squad hit Merthyr Mawr for the first of a number of fitness sessions over the next few weeks.
A number of squad members both old and new were present as Strength & Conditioning Coach Liam Capener-Jones put the boys through the paces with a few conditioned matches, relays and hill runs. New Head Coach and Coaching Co-ordinator Matt Silva was happy with how the first session went.
“The dunes was the first of a number of Saturday fitness sessions the squad will be participating in over the pre session period. The work ethic displayed on Saturday from the boys was superb and they’re creating a highly competitive environment.”

Further new additions to the squad are due to be announced soon as the final pieces of the jigsaw are put in place ahead of the pre-season friendlies which commence on August 13th.
