The Ravens haven’t featured since their impressive January victory over Newport by 27pts to 24 at the Dunraven Brewery Field. That victory was the club’s third in succession, following wins over Pontypridd and Carmarthen Quins previously. Those wins mean Bridgend now sit in 10th place, 4pts clear of basement side Llanelli and just 3 points behind Swansea with 2 games in hand on the All Whites.

Ebbw Vale have had a sensational season so far. Head Coach Jason Strange transformed the club’s squad over the summer and they currently hold 4th place in the Indigo Premiership. They have won 9 of their 14 league games to date, with one of their five defeats coming at Dunraven Brewery Field in October by 29pts to 27. In fact, Bridgend have won the last three games between the sides; 18pts to 15 at Eugene Cross Park in December 2019, 11pts to 7 at the same venue last season.

Bridgend are boosted by the return of Jack Pope, Evan Yardley and Iwan Griffith from injury; all taking their place back in Saturday’s 23.
