Blue Self Storage are thrilled to announce a partnership with Bridgend College and the Bridgend Rugby Pathway to help pave the way for students to pursue their passion for sports, regardless of financial circumstances.

Many students face barriers to participation in extracurricular activities, including the cost of equipment, uniforms, and transportation. Blue Self Storage are helping with this, by committing to donating £500 per year for the next three years to support the Pathway to Sport programme at Bridgend College.

This donation will provide much-needed assistance to pupils who may experience financial hardship, ensuring that they have the opportunity to participate in sports and reap the numerous benefits that come with it.

Simon Norris, Rugby Hub Officer at Bridgend College commented “We have a wide range of pupils from a variety of economic backgrounds, and the Pathway to Sport programme allows the college to support pupils who otherwise would be denied the opportunity to participate and enjoy the benefits of sport. The support will be implemented with sensitivity and with dignity.”
