20 Jun Scrum Half Harvey Nash joins Bridgend Ravens

Bridgend Ravens are pleased to announce the signing of scrum half, Harvey Nash from Pontypridd.

The dynamic scrum half is no stranger to Bridgend Ravens supporters, with his breakthrough season in senior rugby coming at the Ravens in 2021/22 whilst he was part of the Ospreys Academy setup.

A year later, Nash was moved to Swansea before departing the All Whites for Pontypridd last season, where he enjoyed a stellar season for the Valley Commandos.

After putting pen to paper on terms to re-join Bridgend, Harvey said “I’m excited to get started with Bridgend and after playing a season there previously, I know what to expect from the club.

I’m really looking forward to getting back to playing with a great group of boys in front of the good crowds at the Brewery.”

Bridgend Ravens Backs Coach, Matthew Jones, was pleased to add Nash to the club’s squad “Having worked with Harvey previously, we’re very happy that he has chosen to return to us for the new campaign. He is an energetic 9 and a really great character to have around the club.

He is perfect for the way that we are hoping to play the game, with a varied attacking game whilst being strong in defence. He is the latest piece in a really exciting back division that we’re putting together for next season and we’re looking forward to having him back amongst the squad.”

More additions to the Bridgend Ravens squad will be revealed over the course of the next few weeks.
