2. Members departed.

3. Minutes of AGM of 26th June 2024.

4. Election of CLWB Trustees for a 12 month period.

The four are currently Hopkin Joseph, Norman Spain, Tony Williams and Carwyn Jones.

5. The CLWB Accounts for the year to 31 May 2024.

6. BRIDGEND RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB

(a) To Note that Meredydd James was elected as President in 2024 for a five year term.

(b) To Note that Norman Spain was elected in 2024 for a two year term.

(c) Election of Club Secretary for a two year term nb Tony Williams was elected in 2023 for  a two year term and is willing to stand again.

(d) To thank the 7 Life Members for their continued support.

(e) To note the clubhouse is now under the direct control of Bridgend Ravens and no longer a franchised entity.

7. Scott Baldwin (Head Coach) to give an update on the BRRC playing results for season 2024/25 and the prospects of the future season 2025/26.8. Tony Williams (Secretary) to give an update on the financial results of BRRC for the year to 31 May 2024 , the likely results for year to 31 May 2025 and the prospects for the year to 31 May 2026.

8. Tony Williams (Secretary) to give an update on future proposals for the Clubhouse and Ground.

9. Any other business at the discretion of the Chairman of the Meeting.
