28 Jul DAVIES AND HATHERILL THE LATEST TO JOIN BALDWIN’S RAVENS

Bridgend Ravens have continued to strengthen their squad ahead of the 25/26 Super Rygbi Cymru season, with number 8 Cai Davies joining from Swansea RFC, and prop Owen Hatherill arriving from Ebbw Vale.

Cai Davies joins following another stellar season with Swansea RFC. Able to operate anywhere across the back row, he is known for his powerful carries and abrasive nature. This was most recently on show when Cai scored at the Brewery Field for Swansea in the Wildcard Playoff clash against the Ravens in April. Davies adds further depth and a dynamic option to Scott Baldwin’s back row. 

No stranger to Bridgend fans, prop Owen Hatherill also joins on permanent terms having represented the Ravens on a handful of occasions towards the end of last season on permit. Owen joins from Ebbw Vale, having previously enjoyed spells with Glamorgan Wanderers and in the Cardiff Rugby Senior Academy.
