30 Sep An update on the Clubhouse

Bridgend Ravens would like to update club members, supporters and the wider community on the operational position of Brewery Field Clubhouse following the mutual ending of the previous franchisee’s agreement this week.

In the short term, the clubhouse will be closed on non-matchdays. However, Naadan Bwyd, the Indian Street Food Kitchen, will continue to open as usual in the Street Food Hall – please refer to their social media for more details.

Our management team are working hard to find a suitable solution for the clubhouse to return to regular service soon. We hope that this will include a continuation of the popular Street Food Hall, with a blend of familiar and exciting new kitchens.

We are aware of several function and hospitality bookings made with the clubhouse for the forthcoming weeks and months. Although these were made with the previous franchise holder, we are hopeful that a new team will be in place soon to facilitate all of these bookings. The lead booker in each party will be contacted in due course.

The club are particularly thankful to local businessman and licensee, Russ Keeble for stepping in to ensure that the clubhouse was able to operate successfully for yesterday’s Indigo Premiership match against Merthyr.

As previous, it is important for members and supporters to know that we will continue to provide a matchday clubhouse for all upcoming Ravens home fixtures.
