19 May Brewery to host Penybont in Europe

Bridgend Ravens are delighted to announce that the home leg of Penybont FC’s Europa Conference League first qualifying round tie will be played at the iconic Dunraven Brewery Field.

The match will take place on either Thursday 13th July or Thursday 20th July, this will be confirmed in due course following the draw on Tuesday 20th June.

The Dunraven Brewery Field has played host to famous Bridgend victories over the likes of Australia, Wales and Western Samoa. Penybont will hope to emulate that success in their Europa Conference League campaign.

Penybont’s chairman Anthony Davies said: “We are proud to host our first ever Europa Conference League game in the Brewery Field, Bridgend. We sincerely hope the whole of the borough and south Wales will turn out to support us like they did in the Welsh Cup final. Having vocal support cheering for ‘Bont’ will make all the difference on the day.”
