28 Sep Bridgend v Merthyr Postponed

Bridgend Ravens can confirm that the scheduled Indigo Premiership match against Merthyr at the Dunraven Brewery Field on Saturday afternoon has been postponed.

Merthyr contacted us on Thursday to let us know that they had fitness concerns over a number of front row players, rendering them unavailable for selection for Saturday’s game. Therefore, after consultation, the WRU have advised that the game has to be postponed on health and safety grounds due to front row unavailability at Merthyr.

Both clubs will now look to set a mutually agreeable date for the fixture to be played later in the season. Information regarding the rearranged fixture will be shared across our social media platforms and on our website once it has been confirmed.
